(Have you talked to your wife? Because without her permission you don't even take breath)

Shahid taunt on Tameem and he sighed.

"Bhai Is ghar me Hamara Bachpan guzra hai, Abba ji ne ek ek cheez kitne dil se banwai thi, Jab Ammi ki yaad aati hai unke kamre me ja kar Beth jate hain.. Kya zarurat hai is ghar ko bechne ki? Is jesa ghar dubara kahi or nahi Milega"

(Bhai we have spent our whole childhood in this home. Dad built this home with so much love, and now when we miss Ammi we spent our time in her room... Why we have to sell this home?)

Tameem put his words in front of Shahid and he smirked.

"Woh baat bol jo tujhe bolni hai.. Itna to mujhe bhi pata hai ye alfaaz tere nahi hain teri biwi ke hain."

(I know these words are not yours but your wife's)

Tameem keep quiet as that was true, shehla said those words to Tameem because she knew shahid would definitely ask Tameem about his decision, and Tameem didn't know the art of answering diplomatically.

"Bhai Hume nahi bechna ye ghar"

(bhai we don't want to sell this house)

Saying that Tameem made her way towards his room, but stopped by Shahid's call.

"Teri biwi to chahti hi yahi hai ki tu apne bhai behen se mile nahi, taki wo tujhe apna nokar Bana kar rakhe."

(This is what your wife wants.. She wants to treat you as a servant th St's why she doesn't want you to meet with your brothers and sister)

Tameem listened what his brother said and made his way back to his bedroom. Only he and Allah knows what did he conclude about Shahid's words...

"Try to understand, if we left this home then we don't know whether we would able to find out such a good place or not. And even I can't trust Your brothers." Shehla said and Tameem huffed

"What your problem..." Shehla didn't let him complete

"You are my problem... Why you can't understand? Why you trust your brother blindly..."

Shehla and Tameem's argument was ongoing as usually but there were two person who were frustrated with all those things.

They were Tasmia and Talib

"Stop it mummy papa... My head is already paining due to your loud voices" Talib shouted out of frustration and both the kids left the room.

"They both can't be better in any way, they will make us mad" Tasmia said with frustration and Talib nodded, both went to terrace to spend their time but due to sunshine and hot environment they again came downstairs and decided to go to Tehseen's room to play with Their cousin brother.

"Yeh mere pink balloon ko kya hua? muh kyu phula rakha hai?"

(Why my pink balloon is looking offended?)

When both the kids were going down Shahid asked to Tasmia.

He use to call her pink balloon because Tasmia was very chubby and her cheeks were pink.

"Bade papa Gussa aa raha hai"

(I'm angry)

Tasmia replied and he chuckled

"Tumhare papa ko to kabhi gussa nahi aata tha.. Tumhe kyu gussa aata hai?"

(Your father never felt angry then why you?)

Shahid asked while pinching her cheek.

"Maa ko to bohot gussa aata hai.. Beti maa par hi to jati hai"

(Her mother is a Short tempered one. Like the mother like the daughter)

Sayra said with a smile and a taunt was present in her voice

"Why are you angry?" Shahid asked and Tasmia informed that her parents were arguing on which Shahid smiled but hide that smile.

"Where you both are going?" Shahid asked.

"Downstairs... We'll play with Muneeb bhai" Talib said and shahid offered both of them to go in Faizan's room and play games in computer. Talib got agree but Tasmia refused.

Tasmia was free with her every cousin but not with Faizan... Shehla never let Tasmia spend her time with him because she didn't want that anyone could say in future that they have good bonds so they will be a good match.

"Bade papa I'm going downstairs Talib will play games in computer" Tasmia said and Shahid smiled.

"Tasmia you Sit with me... Talib you go and play games" Shahid ordered Tasmia and said the last part to Talib on which he nodded and scoot to Faizan's room to play games.

"What is this bade papa?" Tasmia asked while lifting a very old paper, which was almost fifty years old or maybe more older. Shahid was studying some papers and many files were spread in front of him.

"These are some important papers, it's non of your business, give it to me" Shahid said politely and Tasmia gave back the papers.

"Ye papers tumhare samajh me bhi nahi ayenge, tum abhi chhoti ho''

( you can't understand these papers, you aren't that mature to understand)

Shahid said with a smile and Tasmia shook her head proudly

"Bade papa.. I can understand English" Tasmia said proudly as she felt that Shahid was underestimating her.

"Really?" Shahid asked with a chuckle and she nodded.

"it's not easy beta... Even your father can't.. How can you do so?" Shahid said with a chuckle and Tasmia's ego was hurt. She was Shehla's daughter and the member of Bade Mirza Sahab's family so that was in her inheritance to be self-esteemed one.

"Let me try bade papa... I think I can understand what is in these papers. If papa doesn't know it doesn't means that I also can't." Tasmia said and Shahid raised his left brow while adjusting his glassed on the top of his nose.

"Beta ji... You can't but if you are over confident just like your mother Then try to read this one, and tell me what is written in this paper." Shahid said in challenging way and passed a set papers to Tasmia after selecting that from the pile files.

Tasmia was a Front-bencher in her class, she wasn't a topper but she was favorite of every teachers because she was attentive in class. But shahid always see Tasmia and Talib as if they both weren't a good student. Though Talib wasn't good in academic work but he had a sharp brain which he never willing to use in studies.

Tasmia started reading the papers that was difficult for a 13 or 14 years old girl to understand legal documents but she tried her best. But some words were beyond her knowledge

"Bade papa what is the meaning of plaintiff and defendant? And why they are using First party and second party instead of their names?" Tasmia asked.

"plaintiff and defendant!! I won't tell you! It's a challenge, you said that you can understand these papers." Tasmia's ego was again hurt and she nodded.

"Wait a minute" she said and place the papers on the table and stepped out from the room.

"Mummyyyyyyyyyy...."

"Mummaaaaa"

"Whaaaaattttt" Shehla yelled from her kitchen.

"Mummy what is the meaning of plaintiff?" Tasmia yelling very loudly

"Tasmia I don't have time beta" Shehla shouted back and Shahid smirked.

"Mummaaaaa... Please naaa" Tasmia yelled back.

"I'm not sure but maybe a person who brings a case against another in a court of law" Shehla yelled back from the kitchen and Tasmia smiled like a winner.

"Fine Mummaaaaa"

"So bade papa now I understand these papers..." Tasmia said proudly after reading those papers one more time and Shahid was smiling in disbelief

"According to these papers, Dada Abbu did claim a property in some place called Qazi Hauz, which had beed taken by DDA in its custody" Tasmia informed Shahid with a smile as a winner of the challenge and Shahid looked at his wife.

"Maa se do qadam aage hai"

(She is two step ahead than her mother)

Sayra mumbled looking at shahid but Tasmia listened the same.

"Hmm.. Agree with you" Shahid mumbled and think something for some time.

"Bade papa what are you doing with these papers?"

"Beta I have talked to lawyer and we have made an agreement to sell this house, if your parents get agreed" Shahid said and Tasmia nodded

"Why your mummy is not agree to sell this home?" Sayra asked and Tasmia smiled.

"Mummy is saying that what will happen if we people won't get a good home like this one?" Tasmia informed and shahid nodded.

"Ek kaam karo main kuch papers de raha hu wo le jao apne mummy papa ke paas or unse kehna ye agreement hai property ke shares ka, dekh len or phir mujhse baat kar len"

(do a work for me, I'm giving you these papers you give those to your parents and tell them that that are agreement regarding the share of this house. Tell them to Talk to me after reading these papers)

Shahid said while searching for the desired file but didn't get one because there were many files but in the end he got a blue coloured folder and passed that to Tasmia and she nodded.

"Mummy bade papa has sent this for you and papa" Shehla held the foldel and open the folder, when she read the papers she was on the ninth cloud, Shahid sent wrong papers maybe by mistake or its better to say by Allah's grace...

"What is this mummy, why are you smiling?" Tasmia asked and Tameem also came there and he pushed Tasmia aside while peeping to the papers.

"These are the references of property registration and their details." Shehla said with wide eyes. That was a single sheet of paper on which everything was mentioned.

"Bade papa said that these are the agreement of house selling and you both talk to him after reading this" Tasmia informed and Shehla nodded with a smile.

"Now At least we have something on the name of property papers." Shehla mumbled for herself, but Tasmia listened the same

On the other side....

"oh no.. I have gave her wrong documents?"Shahid mumbled while smacking his forehead with his palm

"Tasmia..... Tasmiaaaaaaaa" Shahid roared

"Ji bade papa?" Tasmia came out from the room and asked

"Tasmia... I gave you wrong papers, that are mine..." Shahid said suddenly and she nodded. Shahid ask her to return the papers, and she again nodded. But when Tasmia stepped inside her room, she found shehla taking the photos of those documents with her mobile phone

"Tasmia no need to tell anything to anyone. Got it?" Tasmia nodded her head in confirming to her mother's demand. Tasmia return the papers to Shahid and he gave her another file and said to gave to shehla and Tameem.

Next day shehla went to a lawyer, who was her uncle too, she informed about those references. From the basis of those references, Shehla's uncle gather the property documents and all the information. Shehla got to know that all the properties of Bade Mirza Sahab were still on his name..

Shahid only was able to make power of attorney on his name. The properties were still on the name of bade mirza sahab that means Tameem had his share in the properties. But Shahid wasn't aware that Shehla click the pics of those papers.
