By submitting content to DesiBuks, you confirm that:

- You are the rightful owner of the content.

- The content is not plagiarized.
- The content is not AI generated.
- The content complies with applicable laws.
Authors retain ownership of their work. However, by submitting content, authors grant DesiBuks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute the content on the Platform.
5. Content Review and Approval
All submitted content is subject to review before publication. DesiBuks reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject submissions
- Edit formatting for clarity
- Remove content that violates platform policies
- Suspend accounts involved in repeated violations
6. Content Guidelines
DesiBuks is committed to maintaining a safe literary environment. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Explicit adult or pornographic material
- Graphic sexual content
- Hate speech
- Harassment or abusive material
- Illegal content
- Plagiarized or copyrighted material without permission
Only age-appropriate content (maximum 16+) is permitted. Content exceeding these guidelines will be rejected.
7. Writing Competitions
